“ Seasonal menu for the tapas loving couple. Perfect for first dates and anniversaries alike, this ballard anchor, Spanish restaurant provides cozy seating and an intimate setting for any dining occasion. The cocktails are thoughtful and diverse. I’d of course recommend the ever changing dumpling selection! ”
“ Delicious Spanish food. Service was albeit at a Spanish pace but the food transported us back to Spain. Loved the deviled egg, the mushrooms with Tarragon sherry cream, the fried artichoke with anchovy and pepper, the dill aioli with the fried goat cheese. The scallops were prepared to perfection and chunks of pancetta or guanciale or something with them that was killer. The tortilla might’ve better done than the Spaniards. Loved it! ”
“ Good place for happy hour or regular menu. We ordered must of the dishes for the HH menu. Loved their tapas. Highly recommend this place!! ”
“ I’ve been coming to Ocho for years and it’s been a while since I’ve been back, and I’m glad I came back! It’s just a great place to get tapas, and it’s rare to find that in Seattle. Looks like they still offer happy hour which is a bonus. This is a great place to share plates and try a lot of variety on the menu. The more you get the more you get or try! It’s a small place so come prepared for that. Smaller groups are better. Drinks are decent as well. The service was top notch! Grab all the things off the menu if not keep going back you won’t be disappointed. Croquetas Borrachas are my fav! ”
“ Excellent spot for Sunday brunch. Good music and vibes. Not as busy as evenings. Sangria Roja and Tortilla Eapanola were favorites. Other gems were the deviled eggs and drunken goat cheese. Loved finishing it off w the bacon wrapped dates ”
“ Very small tapas restaurant. We sat at the bar area and really enjoyed the conversation with the bartender. He was so nice to share the special ingredients they used to make the cocktail, and it was so interesting. The food tastes fabulous. The devil eggs and the mushroom dish were our favorite. The cauliflower was also very tasty, even without the dipping. It is a very small and very popular restaurant. We went without a reservation and luckily we got a seat immediately. But reservation is recommended in general. And we definitely will return to try some other dishes as well. ”
“ My parents and I really enjoyed our tapas and drinks. We wanted a quick pick-me-up and we were pleasantly surprised how great everything was from the anchovies to bread and bruschetta. I would dine here again for sure! ”
“ My wife and I dined at Ocho for the first time last week, following the recommendation of a work colleague. Food and drinks were outstanding, and bar service was attentive and friendly. We will be back! ”
